RULES FOR RECEIVING FREE SPORTING MATERIALS

Steps to get free sports equipment provided by Govt from Office of District Sports Officer, Rangamati Hill District

1. Application should be submitted under the seal of the head of the institution in the own pad of the educational institution/sports club along with District Sports Officer, Rangamati Hill District.

2. In the application form, the achievements of the institution for the past 03 years and the future plans for the next 03 years and whether it has received sports material from any other institution or not should be mentioned.

3. Sports equipment will be provided free of cost subject to the adequacy of the overall consideration after the application form is received.
